We work with a third-party business that provides a bulk billed event monitor service. We provide you with the physical monitor (on loan) at our rooms. You then take the monitor home and contact the service directly by telephone. Using telephone and Internet they will guide you through the use of the monitor. The usual monitoring period is 30 days. 2 weeks after this a report will be available to us. At this time you attend a consultation with Dr Nelson to discuss the report. You can return the monitor to us at the same time as this consultation (the monitors are lent to you on the basis that you return them.
